Same in our area. On hold for 10 minutes then hung up.......surely they're aware.

Just called also, got a message saying they were experiencing issues and would fix it asap...

We cannot log in either. So cannot get body parts pricing. Another BS no backup system by GM. Like when we get our packing slip for GM parts. A box pops up "Do you trust this site?" Hell no I don't trust it but it's the only way to get a packing slip.
