I think you are correct, it was called EPIC or was it GM TRACS? Either way, pick up the phone, dial in and key your dealer code and password, default password was GMPART and dealers were strongly encouraged to change it. Not that I ever did this, but if I really wanted to pull a stunt, call in, key in a rivals dealer code and knowing they had not changed their password, order a bunch of parts from the 7-11 pay phone :mrgreen: :mrgreen: :mrgreen: :mrgreen: :mrgreen: :mrgreen: :mrgreen: :mrgreen: :mrgreen: :mrgreen:

Global was fine the first hour, then back to the "Portal" page where we put in the country we're from.....
