We do a fair amount LPO... but I almost always try to turn people towards weathertech if they are buying after the fact. The GM ones are such a pain the ass for tahoes and suburbans where you have to cut and stuff? F that. Plus I can them same day from keystone.

Another email from GM giving us a list of affected Liners. This doesn't sound like a couple of weeks type shortage and more like all winter type shortage. How can something like this happen?

GM......... You have a hot product that people want to buy......... WAKE UP. I wonder if GM would accept any excuses like this from suppliers. Hey GM we can't you that Widget Valve for 2019 Silverados ........so shut the line down and maybe we can get caught up by Jan or Feb.... I know its an extreme analogy but what would GM do. Just stupid!!

Well, thank goodness they took them off the ADS site, phew! That will curtail the demand in a heartbeat!

Well to be fair, when the people in charge don't have a clue about the auto business, these things are bound to happen.
