Can anyone get into global this afternoon. We are getting just a white screen. Can get on global, just not parts workbench.

Yes, I cannot get into PartsWorkbench+. tried on two different browsers. Maybe, I''ll have better luck tomorrow. Starting to feel like a next Tuesday problem.

One of our guys was able to get in this morning unincumbered. One out of six. No rhyme or reason to it. We tried different browsers, incognito mode, and clearing all the cookies, etc.ScottParts wrote:I/We've been running fine all day, until about 20 minutes ago.

Nothing from GM letting us know what's going on. If we treated our customers like GM treats us we'd be out of business.

But they sure will communicate that you will be making less in pase money unless you buy the $100,000 brightdrop from another dealer. Oh and by the way you cant service the vehicle under warranty you have to take it back to the selling dealer two states over.
