NEED HELP RE:GENERAL MOTORS POLICY AND PROCEDURE MANUAL

Hello,

Does any member have a copy of an older version of the General Motors Policy and Procedure Manual specifically section 2.1.1 Reimbursement for Labour. I am looking for the a paragraph (near the bottom) where it states "The approved warranty body labour rates for Service Agents who do not own body shops will be based on the approved mechanical rates using the 2.6 factor".I am curious if an older version (paper form) has this paragraph versus the now electronic version of the General Motors Policy and Procedure that resides on GM Global Connect. Your assistance would be greatly appreciated as I'm trying to establish that there has been an addendum to this section.
