Printer connection keeps dropping

Hi:

The printer connection to my local Oki Data printing keeps dropping. DealerTrack has a script to run to connect the printer, which shows a green ready light. But approx. every 20 minutes it disconnects, requiring me to rerun the connection script and re-login.

Have you considered replacing the printer? How old is it? Is it a dot matrix that needs upgrading to last decades technology?
