I charge the same GM charges me. 35% ONLY on parts that can actually be returned to GM. Not all can and that's assuming you ordered them CSO. I do a CSO 11

We just add it to the repair order so when they pay for the tow and any tear down labor they pay it also. We usually charge 10% across the board, does not matter if it is stocked or special ordered.

Those that charge a restocking fee for any returned parts...do you charge 35% of cost or do you charge 35% of list?

We charge 35% of cost on ALL body shop returns as long as we did not make a error on the order.
