Order was duplicated because of host computer problems. I was told I placed the order twice and should not have because I got an answerback stating the order was received. How could I get an answerback when the host computer is down.
The best part I was told by a manufacturer rep that because I placed the order twice I would have to use return reserve to return the duplicates!! The way I see it your system did not work you should gladly take all the duplicate parts in return.

Submit an Exeption Return with the ‘Shipped in Error’ reason and put your explanation in and see if it goes through. My guess would be that it would go through. Good Luck.

My PDC is the one that told me to F'off. I did exceptions. My guess is they will void them.

Did that the last time I had an issue and they said I had to get OK from ADM. She said she would sign off on it.....if I bought extra equal to the amount she was signing off on. True to form all the applications for returns were voided! The biggest POS company ever!
