Dealertrack-Arkona quoting out of inventory

I have an issue when I quote out a set of tires from my inventory it removes the tires from my inventory. I am set up to automatically receive tires that I sell. This is causing the tire distributor to send me a single tire because they are reading my inventory as minus one. Is there a different process to quote out parts without removing them from my inventory?

invoicing option 93: "SAVE AND PRINT QUOTE" ??

is that what you are doing ??

it sounds like you might be "holding" the part instead of quoting it. 92 to save quote or 93 to save and print
