Service Policy and Procedure Manual should have all the pertinent information.

This is what works for me:

In Global Connect go to Global Warranty Management, click on "Prepare and Submit Transactions", click "View Transactions by Job Card", enter "Job Card #" and click "Search". "Submitted Date" will be the date the claim is paid IF "Actions" column (on far right) shows "Credit/Debit". If "Actions" column is blank or shows "Correct" then claim is still unpaid.

Be aware that multiple transactions on a Job Card may pay on different dates.
