What is the the Transaction payment/process date? Is it the date the RO is closed?
2. Parts Retention
ALL warranty failed parts must be retained for a minimum of 15 days in the U.S. (7 days in
Canada) from the Transaction payment/process date before scrapping, unless ONE of the

YOUR SERVICE MANAGER SHOULD GET A REPORT DAILY ON WHICH CLAIMS GOT PAID

This is what works for me:
In Global Connect go to Global Warranty Management, click on "Prepare and Submit Transactions", click "View Transactions by Job Card", enter "Job Card #" and click "Search". "Submitted Date" will be the date the claim is paid IF "Actions" column (on far right) shows "Credit/Debit". If "Actions" column is blank or shows "Correct" then claim is still unpaid.
Be aware that multiple transactions on a Job Card may pay on different dates.
