Are you guys getting any oil filters from GM now that they're supposed to be direct ship? We got an email from our DMA's boss saying that:
Dealers should place orders per the usual ordering process. If dealers place orders for any filters listed on the attached, they will process directly from the ship direct supplier within 48hrs
We ordered a bunch as CSO1 on Monday and more as CSO3 on Tuesday and they STILL haven't shown shipped and I've only got 1-2 days stock left.

NOTHING!!!!! RIM,DRO FOR ALL FILTERS ARE ON BACKORDER LIST AND THE BOXES ARE BLOCKED OUT SO YOU CAN'T UPGRADE OR CANCEL. I HAVE ORDERS FROM THE END OF LAST MONTH AND BEGINING OF THIS MONTH THAT ARE EITHER HELD UP AT HUDSON OR THE VSD. I RECEIVED EMAILS SAYING THE VSD WOULD SHIP ORDERS WITHIN 48 HRS.....HORSESHIT. I HAVE RECEIVED 12 TOTAL PARTS IN THE LAST THREE DAYS FROM HUDSON AND THEY WERE ALL CROSSDOCK. I KNOW THEY ONLY HAVE A SMALL CREW PULLING PARTS..BUT WHAT THE F#$K PARTS ARE THEY PULLING AND FOR WHO. NO RIM ORDERS SINCE 9/16 AND ONLY 3 CSO ORDERS COMBINED SHIPPED A COUPLE WEEKS AGO. NOTHING SUBSTANTIAL SINCE!!!!!!!!!!!

Just checked stock on PF63 filters and they're now showing stock at the servicing PDC. I pushed a CSO3 order through and sure enough it wrote to that facility. You can't make this sh$@ up.

Nope.
I ordered a mix of 5 cases of my fastest moving filters. Trying to be a little conservative so that I don't get stuck with excess, but it backfired.

After our DMA emailed us to order as we needed and the filters or other fast movers that were moved over to DS status would ship within 48 hours, I placed an order. This was on 10/1, and so far I have gotten
only one number for 12 pcs out of 6 lines and 156 pcs ordered. All the other numbers still don't even show to have shipped 11 days on. This is REALLY starting to piss me off.

As I run out of and can't get filters..... I'm starting to use aftermarket.
What choice do I have? Close the doors because I can't get an oil filter?

What are ya'll doing for the UPF63R filters? No one seems to have any and I am told we cant use 63's in the newer stuff?
