Re: z5000
Actually, Z5000 is the difference of GM cost and what you bought it for... Example GM cost is $100 You paid $115 so Z5000 would be billed out as a part# with a cost of $15 and a sell price of $15
GM reimburses you what you paid over cost. Make sure to give a copy of the bill to your warranty administrator.

Re: z5000
I DO THE SAMETHING AS bsnyder EXCEPT I DONT GIVE A COPY O THE WARRANTY ADMIN. WHEN I BILL THE Z5000 OUT I AM CHARGING IT AS A PART NUMBER. THE DESCRIPTION EXAMPLE : 19383806/MATICK-215889. IF EVER I HAD A AUDIT I COULD EASILY RETREIVE THAT INFO. I TRY NOT TO PRINT MORE PAPERWORK THAT IS REDUNDANT. SAVE A TREE.

When you guys bill the z5000 z5001 aren't you getting dinged on sales loyalty. I stopped billing this as a part number and just been giving copies to warranty clerk for reimbursement. Any opinions on best ways to do it
Re: z5000
It should already be on their part number exclusion list, if not, download the Dealer Sales Loyalty Part Number Exclusion Request Form from the PASE dashboard, fill it out and submit it to your DMA.LOWAIRD1964 wrote:When you guys bill the z5000 z5001 aren't you getting dinged on sales loyalty. Alternatively you can pull your Sales Loyalty spreadsheet, find each entry, notate it and send it to the Same Day Adjuster.
