LPO's
So this is it works. Sales orders trucks with OVER price gm accessories that NO one wants. ADI lines pockets of sales man with cash .Parts get NOTHING!!.Then we are moving shit and forced to take it back and give sales credit when customer don't want it but sales got kick back on it. Service get paid Labor and sales get pocket lined with cash.Parts stock it in and need to bring it to tech feet and its damaged or don't fit again need to waist more time to call ADI and fight with them. After all that they need take shit back because NO NO NO ones this stuff. Over price and juck waranty

if you get caught by Gm with LPO parts on your shelf (during a GM parts audit and they do still do them), no matter what kinda excuse you give they can fine the dealership (big time money) and or pull it's franchise....don't ever put LPO parts on the shelf, bill them to sales and toss them out

LPO parts dont go through my inventory. I have stuff on my shelves dating back to 2015. And the ownership says to hang onto it...

Man, if I saw anything that old on LPO shelves, I'd be asking (begging) owner to let us get rid of it. No way in hell Mr Customer is coming back 5 years later for his LPO's

You guys have been good point about LPO returns and any one return LPO and stock them in as used with other parts number? Not sales man that are big problem .Its ADI rep for filling sales manger and sales mans pockets full of cash to get them to add GM accessory to all cars and truck they order. We all need to STOP buying from ADI and also allot they have allot shorter return window them GM.
