I checked on a part I ordered December 31. Now tell me, should I believe it or just blow it off? How hard is it to check these things in?

I guess it all depends on how many trailers they have that need to be unloaded plus how many trailers they receive a day. last count there were still 1,100+ trailers needing unloading nation wide. Not making excuses for GM/UAW but they did dig themselves into a pretty deep hole!
Re: Tracking is still a mess!!
I just checked my answer backs and they are different than usual and I'm trying to see what they mean. I don't have enough time to wait on hold.
Re: Tracking is still a mess!!
I just checked on a fascia coming out of 087. It is being shipped by DDS to the cross dock. I thought they were using Central Transport for fascias until they were sort of back to normal. I guess they think they are back to normal.
Re: Tracking is still a mess!!
COVID19 shipping issues out of 087. I have fascias ordered since the 20th of March out of 087 that have not been shipped as of yet. SPAC says they are 10 days behind, it is like the strike all over again. Anyone else in the same boat?

Knock on wood, 87 has been good for us, but we are seeing the same issue out of 58. None of our orders have shipped out of that PDC in over a week.
Re: Tracking is still a mess!!
Our issues are with 58 and 76 mostly. We have 2 new trucks that some ahole cut the exhaust off of and we have been waiting since 04/24. Have shipment numbers but the don't show shipped. A gasket for the same job finally shipped yesterday( 8 days after it was ordered) and it shows we SHOULD get it on the 8th. Nothing like customer service.MultiLineManager wrote:Knock on wood, 87 has been good for us, but we are seeing the same issue out of 58. 039 has slowed down but so far not bad, business is not good anyway.

87 and 58 here the rest seem to only be a little slower than usual. Have 5 bumpers at 87 been on order since 3-24-20 and 3 parts at 58 ordered 3-19-20
