Ladies and Gentlemen, watch your credits they are about to get split up and maybe even applied to the dreaded account # 905.
PASE 2020 – PASE Payment Processing Change
Date: April 24, 2020
To: All GM Dealer Operators, Fixed Operations Directors, Service Managers & Parts Managers
Subject: PASE 2020 – PASE Payment Processing Change
Please be advised that effective with the March PASE Incentive payment, which was processed April 22, payment has transitioned to an automated billing process. The credit now appears on a separate Vendor Invoice instead of being included on your CCA Parts and Accessories Statement and Vendor Invoice.
On your Open Account, you will now see the credit on a separate line entitled PARTS AND SERVICE EXCELLENCE. There is no change to any timing or transferring of this credit to your bank. That will continue to occur the following Thursday.
If you have any questions regarding the PASE Program, please contact your GM Field Representative or PASE Program Headquarters........................................................

PASE Payment / Credit Procedure Change
Re: PASE Payment / Credit Procedure Change
Just got this email too and headed straight to the business office. Sure enough, they received the credit and had no clue where to post it. I made sure to let them know what account to post it to and that any credits in the future with that heading would apply to the same account. I guess we shall see...just one more thing to keep an eye out for regarding Parts Department funds.Whiner wrote:Ladies and Gentlemen, watch your credits they are about to get split up and maybe even applied to the dreaded account # 905.

Re: PASE Payment / Credit Procedure Change
got the message and talked to the office about where it should be directed. Unfortunalty we have to split 50/50 with the service dept.

Re: PASE Payment / Credit Procedure Change
i have always subscribed to the old KISS (keep it simple stupid) and (if it aint broke dont fix it) adage. why cant they just leave well enough alone ? now you've gotta depend on another party to help out when they have enough to do without putting more on their plate. thanks GM
