Scale for nut and bolt inventory

What is everyone using?
See a decent selection out there but want some real user feedback.
I don't have a problem spending good money for one but want one as simple as possible and still be accurate.

We consider it a cost of doing business so it's expensed to shop supplies. When I did inventory audits and came upon stores that kept them in the pad I found it quicker to count them by tens than creating a tare and calculating. As a result the expense of an accurate scale was deemed not necessary. I also recommended they expense the product later as many of the items hit the obsolescence accounting.
