hello,
i have a problem with old parts being stuck in old bins that no longer exist. context our bins are all a01 a-g up to a40 again a-g but we have old bins with stuck parts example being bin a33 has a valve showing in stock but the bin no longer exists neither does the part, somehow during inventory late last year (i was new to dealertrack and i also am not manager) none of these bins were noticed or eliminated. to get to the point how in dealertrack do i find a report or bins that exist or a list of all the bins in the system so i can go through and delete any bad one and remove or relocate any parts that are still in those.
bin location and altering *dealertrack help please.

You can run the counter pad and send the file CSV and sort by bin or you can look at Bin Reassignment.

Not the best solution
Bin locations will go away as soon as there are no more part numbers listed in that bin. Go to Parts / Application Environment / Bin Reassignment. For the bin location(s) you want to remove, check the box next to the bin number. and click OK. At the next screen enter a new bin location (No Bin, SPORD, whatever) in the Change To Bin field, then click Change All at the bottom. If you don't want all of those part numbers to be moved to the same new bin then you will need to select them line by line within this screen to move them to the correct new location.
