Hello everyone,
We are trying to update and really make a statement with our accessory wall here at the dealership. I was hoping that some of you would be willing to give up some of your ideas and possibly share some pictures as well.
Thank you to all we greatly appreciate it.
ACCESSORY WALL
Re: ACCESSORY WALL
If you’re at a GM dealership ADW has a new program for $75 a month and they design, rotate new, and cycle out the entire wall for you.

we did the new slat wall program as well.... Our ADI puts it up and updates it, looks great and generates sales from customers that are waiting in service.

Do a search for "accessory wall" and look for a post from 2013. Lots of pics there. Although the parts are outdated, the ideas are there.

My distributer helped me out with this. We do ok with the Adams products. I did start a new spiff program with our salesman about 5 weeks ago. Incredible! 95% of customers purchasing a new vehicle are purchasing accessories and I'm holding more gross than ever.

Straubman, that must be in a locked area when parts is closed. Otherwise that would be empty every night.

Not a deterrent, it's easy to determine where it went and sell it to the right party. A high definition camera system can be checked in the morning and the initial cost is less than a gate while becoming your "silent salesman".Parts007 wrote:Straubman, that must be in a locked area when parts is closed. It is right in the showroom. The electronics are empty boxes. It's been up for about 16 months and I haven't had a problem.
