Hi there, I am new to learning some of the shipping/receiving duties. I know for cores you have to fill out the new PC302 form on Global. Is this mandatory for regular type 01 material returns too? I assume it is but sent some parts back without it, just the paperwork you get in the manila envelope and applied the light blue stickers. If its normally mandatory for all returns do you think it will slide once?
Thanks!!

Yes all returns need the PC302. Well not warranty returns but all parts returns.

There is a code and labor op to use to get reimbursed though as I recall if you are not a dealership with Saturday service hours you will not get reimbursed same with the GM employee accessory 20% off discount
