Does anyone here on the forum know if you can request a change in the labor rate and parts markup percentage that an extended service contract allows? I am speaking of the service contracts that are sold within your own store by the F&I office. I am really
having a hard time with a service contract company telling me that "that is what is signed and agreed upon in the contract" from a document that must have been signed years ago. I cannot believe that a service contract company expects our dealership to not
raise a labor rate as time goes on and parts prices change also.
Any help or advice would be appreciated.
Thank you.

Re: Extended Service Contracts
I'd ask for a copy of this contract and see exactly what it says. If they can't provide they have no leg to stand on.
