Looking at utilizing some return reserve. I am a little leery of just building a return on months no sale alone. I know I need to exclude parts with RIM state code 2, as those are managed parts and will be eligible at 15 months. What about state codes 4 and 5? Possibly could be some in that group as well I would think.
Any input is always appreciated.

04 is previously managed by RIM, 05 is managed by RIM but qty is 0.
I would not return any 04 or 05 parts as they should be picked up by a RIM return. Go after the 09 parts
