GM cancel back order

Usually any back order part I would be able to spac (next day) but recently GM will auto cancel the part before I get the chance to put a spac case. Anyone else having this issue?

Is it one of those retrofit recall parts? They will do that.

They have been doing that to us overnight as well in Ontario Canada for the 'customer satisfaction' bulletins. We have the greatest success with going into PWB+ right after the CSO order is transmitted (they auto cancel for us if they are DRO) and upgrading to SPAC right away. If we wait until the next morning they have all cancelled.

I called DPAC, they forced it in...even upgraded it to spac

We were told that the customer is at the center of everything they do. Too bad they forget that we are their customers, without us they would not have any customers to take care of. Two way street but they only see one way at times. Gotta love that Great GM Feeling.

39156865 Park Assist Module, order, 051 shows plenty of stock. Backorders. Put on a SPAC case. Next day shows cancelled per dealer request. This is bullshit. Have to call SPAC and ask permission to share their sandbox.

same here also, have been trying to order #84421595 for 1 specific vehicle and spac keeps cancelling, went thru DPAC to force thru & that cancelled. have emailed the special group setup to handle these issues 2 1/2 weeks ago and still have not gotten a reply. also got my DMA involved 1 week ago and nothing. very frustrating to say the least!!!
