Yep, when I called in to put a SPAC Case on one, I was told your facing PDC is expecting the part in within a week! When I said 51 (which is 2 days away for me) has them, why can't it be referred? I was told that is the way it is. So, I told the overseas operator that my customer will call the complaint line since their car will be down for close to another week that GM has plenty of stock of the part but won't ship it to me. She responded that there was nothing she could do!
RIM, Service Lane, all to help us satisfy the customer... Instead, we have 1 plus weeks for delivery from 087, backorders that will NEVER be filled, and if they are filled it will be several months.
Keep that great GM feeling, with Genuine GM Parts! Or order it from Amazon, cause they have stock...
