So, This is geared to GM dealers selling Electric vehicles. When customer gets Qmerit to do the install, who sells them the ESVE equipment? I am Cadillac and we sold our first Lyriq. There is no thorough information in the parts catalog (group 2.215)
thanks

Re: GM EVSE
Short answer: Qmerit
Per GM Course B90EV.L23W2:The Salesperson enrolls the customer with Qmerit> GM sends the customer a EV installation form> Customer fills out the form, agrees to the t&c then returns it> Qmerit will reach out to the customer to begin the process. Qmerit sends a licensed electrician to the customer's home for installation. Meanwhile, they must use their portable charger cord/equipment.

So where does the charger come from? Qmerit told the customer to buy it from the dealer (me).
Turns out there was a catalog error on the 2024 Lyriq, so it didn't show any part number.

I looked at that part number. Looks like you are going to get rich selling those, lots of mark-up LOL. Hope someone doesn't order one of those using ecommerce for a discount.
