The PASE program is based off an old Parts Purchase Program.

PASE is the GM incentive program for dealerships that provides a % of money for parts purchases back to the dealer for "complying" with certain guidelines.

RIM Compliance, RIM Purchase Loyalty & Sales Loyalty (selling OE parts-sometimes at a discount to make the sale).

IN A NUTSHELL: It's ALL about PARTS Purchase Growth.
