anyone have a procedure to try and keep up with ecommerce purchases like getting your credit/debts difference from gm?
on the gm statements it has a 30ish digit number to try and see what it applies to. Getting way to complicated

it is a very hard to deal with system. we have struggled with it for 2 years . there is no real money in it, so we are looking at turning it back off. our accounting office and cashier are sick of it..
Re: adi e commerce procedures
I see it as free money. Vouchers pay on the open statement thru BARS. The credit card monies get deposited into your bank account. You can see the transactions thru MAXIS in Global. We keep a spreadsheet of every transaction as we receive and bill them out.

In Global go to app center and type LMA, launch app then on top menu click CCA then Reports then ecommerce dealer report. you can sort by date range

ecomm is a joke by the time you absorb the low mark up and all the fees and extra work storing the parts until the customer decides they want to pick them up it is a non winner, we canceled ours a year ago best choice we made all that year

Did away with ours also at both of our GM stores.
The only one making any money off it is GM.
Very hard to reconcile the payments vs. the orders.

That is because GM takes fees. So I believe it is a 7% fee plus 5% fee if ship to home order and a 2.9% credit card fee off of final price. Run Maxis in Global Connect and then DRP Transactional Reporting to view what gets deposited in your bank account. Also BARS can be helpful as well as GMLAM reports
