Returning QPO filters

Post by AlanHomes »

I have some oil filters that were ordered on a QPO order before the strike. Very little movement since August, PF26. Would like to send them back, tried to to a CSO return, did not fly. Would rather not burn up return reserve, might end up selling them on E-Bay. Any suggestions or experience returning parts ordered on a QPO? Never had this problem before, expect my DMA will give the usual bullshit answer.

I believe they are interchangeable with PF63, just larger capacity, on 6.6L Diesel L5P & L5D Medium Duty truck engines. Any fleet takers?

Correct, they are interchangeable, the latest bulletin shows the PF63 is changing numbers yet again for the unteenth time. We just do not seem to be able to move the 26 filters. I might end up selling them on E-Bay or put others that are not moving out front with special pricing.

Sell them. I only use the pf26 on the newer 6.6 duramax. Customers like the bigger filter any way. As long as the pf26 is availabe to order I will continue to use it.
