GM: Return not showing on returns PC302 page

A question for all you GM peeps.
Have you ever had a case where a return does not show up on the Material Returns PC302 and Tracking page? I have one that is ready to go back but I cannot get it to pull up. I need to make the PC302.
I'm getting the usual response from my GM contacts, i.e. nothing. So helpful

Damm I thought peeps were the sugar candies that came out around Easter.

When did you submit it for return or maybe after submitting, it wrote to Field Scrap.

I did the application on 5/7/24. Got the paperwork a few days later.
And it’s for 2 $8500.00 engines, so definitely not scrap.

And still no reply from GM ......

i have had the 302 "hidden" behind the blue bar at the bottom... did you try to search by date or application number ?

Had same issue here. Answer today was RLV site was down on the 7th and 8th of May and was recommended to resend return part numbers to PDC. Most likely will have to retag parts with a new return app number.

Yep, this was the problem. "Was this submitted on 5/7? If so, it will need to be voided and resubmitted. I just got word from the RLV/GM Team that some apps from 5/7 are not showing in either system and will need to be resubmitted."
