Windshields
How is your service from PGW? I remember a time when W/S glass would come within 2 days. That was years ago. Service from PGW has been terrible as of late. Either w/s come in damaged or i wait and wait.

Ordered one July 19 on a RO. It showed shipped, we were invoiced, it never showed up. File claim, order another one. Ditto, shipped, invoiced, never appeared. File claim. Re-order. Wrote to PGW as expected, then nothing. A few days ago the one ordered on July 19th was delivered. It was sitting on a dock in North Carolina the entire time.
Ordered one a week ago, showed five in stock, never shipped, never invoiced. Did not backorder. Customer service looked into this issue, there is no stock, 256 pieces on backorder with 86 outstanding backorders including mine.
I will say, each time I have called their Dealer Help Desk, it's outstanding service and they will follow through. I was told management has left, it's just like the parts business, getting good help that gives a damm.
