gm oil program contacts

does any have a good contact for a gm oil program contact ? i got double billed for an oil shipment. one on 10-1.. same shipment on 11-3. my oil supplier says it it all done, exxon says it has been done from their side.. gm invoicing says nothing has been done.. thanks in advance

Current Process to correct incorrect invoices is below.

In the event of incorrect invoices from an ExxonMobil Distributor, please send an email to the following ExxonMobil Customer Service with the minimum details below. Failure to provide the minimum details will result in an unnecessary case closure.

well... that email address goes to the person i have been dealing with..

exxon mobil shows it has been processed, but gm invoicing does not.. it has been over a month now.

they gave me a gm contact email only. his e mail address comes right back as a bad address.

i got another email today that it has been sent to someone else.. amazing.. if i get a real contact i will post it
