Anyone having issues getting paid for this lately?
Last one received was 7/30/2024.
Collision link, DMA, zone manager, and GM invoicing can not tell us anything.

Where does it show up? Supposedly we are signed up for it but I have not seen anything on it.

Bills will be labeled as "fleet maintenance".
You can sort and download a years worth of invoices in excel from global/parts workbench to see if you have any.

GM dealers on this program watch your invoices in the next few days, and "your welcome".

Look for fleet maintenance invoices.
We received on today and all back pay last month dating back through August.

We received our rebates last week through last fall. Our DM was able to find out that the powers that be stated we weren't getting them because we had not been RIM compliant. He advised them we were always RIM compliant. About 3-4 weeks later we got them.

No one was getting anything dating back through August.
Program is now fixed.
