Is anyone participating in the Mopar D2D program using USC 5300 software? We have had the program launched for approx a month now and are still having problems. Also for those participating using Reynolds or ADP,I would like to know if you encountered any problems. The D2D program is great, but I'm near witts end with the high maintenance involved with USC.
The main issue is with our UCS system sending the inventory extract and sales transaction to the CIS server.Works sometimes and sometimes it doesnt.

In order to do D2D with an EDS system, the dealer needs to purchase a software package called Automate that basically runs a job to grab the report/data and transmits it to the OEM (third-party) for processing. The cost of this package is a one time charge of $295 plus $5 shipping. The report/data can be extracted using either EDS' Executive Assistant product (which a majority of our clients already had) or via IBM's Query which is a standard component of every system we sell.
Hope this helps from a comparison basis.

ADP DEALER HERE. THE SYSTEM IS WORKING GREAT AS FAR AS SENDING UPDATES. THE BIGGEST PROBLEM WE HAVE ENCOUNTERED WITH THE WHOLE D2D AND 5300 REFERRAL PROGRAM IS SHIPPING DEALERS TRYING TO UNLOAD CRAP. DCX HAS IMPLIMENTED A PROGRAM FOR RETURN AND CHARGEBACK OF DAMAGED/USED/OTHERWISE UNSALEABLE PARTS TO THE SUPPLYING DEALER.
