Recommended reading: There's a good article by Mike Nicholes in the March issue of The Parts Manager. Topic is Source by Movement.

Mr. Nicholes article is really good! It gets right to the heart of trying to use source by movement and gives some warnings about measuring the inventory by "days supply".

It is easy to read and Mr. Nicholes articulated the problem in a very simple way for anyone to understand.
