The Warranty Administrator's board is back at DealersEdge based on great feedback of readers.

My first question is in relation to a survey study we found the average experience level was 3.5 years - with a lot of people 10 years+ and a lot of beginners.

So how long have you been working as a warranty administrator?

MY WARRANTY ADMINISTRATOR HAS BEEN DOING HIS JOB AT THIS DEALERSHIP FOR 12 YEARS.
WEA RE A GM STORE ALL LINES EXCEPT CHEVY.

I have been with GM for 10 months, Ford and Hyundai 3 years.

I've been doing it for 11 years, my wife for 20. I've done only Chrysler group and Suzuki warranty. Shes done Chrysler, Hyundai, GM, and Toyota.
