SELF AUTH LEVEL

Being fairly new to GM is there a place that I can find out my self authorization level?

Go to GM Global Connect>Global Warranty Management>Analyze Warranty Tab>View Service Agent Profile.

Thanks so much....we are a new dealership and have empowerment of A...what ARE the different levels and I am assuming we are at the bottom of the level of auth.?

Most GM Dealers have the same empowerment level....unless you're a "Certified Elite" dealer...? For the latest and greatest info you will need to get copies of messages G_0000101854 and G_0000103250 from GM Global Connect>Messages>Advanced Search or you could search for keyword "Empowerment".

Also your FOM and your Warranty Support Center Rep. would probably have more specific information regarding your empowerment level.
