Recommended Services feature?

Is anyone using the recommended services feature with any success? when we made the switch two years ago the trainer was not that knowledgeable about the feature and how to set it up.

This was a great reminder feature and sales tool for Advisors I would like to bring back to the dealership if i can figure the thing out!

I personally in 5 years of doing installs have never used it or set it up!

Let me know if you hit a snag and Ill see what I can do.
