Had a tech of 30+ years bring a repair order to me needing an estimate of things he wrote on the back. I couldn't help but chuckle at one of the three things the "Vehicle Needs"... Just for the record I did quote a nail in the estimate!

For rusty nails we charge $6.00 which includes labor. As an upsell, we can take the nail on the wire wheel to shine it up for an extra $2.00.....Happy Friday all!!

I had a tech write that he needed "everything engine gasket" for a leak on an off brand vehicle.
I priced it out as "all the money"
