JEEEEEZ how CS can you get

Warranty clerk is in going bonkers over the fact that every Warranty job we run through on wiring harness repair has to be adjusted by 3, 4 or 5 cents to balance. Part number 5297428 has a cost of .69 cents, markup times 1.40 comes to .966 or as we might know it .97 cents. So after going through a warranty balance sheet and doing some minor division we com to find out warranty is paying .966 per splice. I think I'll just give my DMS a call and tell them I need to be able to bill at .966 and see what they have to say. Better yet I think I'll just post it here and let GM read all about how CS they really are.

Splitting hairs to the fullest on this. Wow. Doesn't that have an impact on Her bonuses for having a certain amount go through on the first time? I know that is how ours works and our Clerk would be going nuts over that

GM is being CS about a lot of things now. Been in GM stores 32 years and it is the absolute worse I have ever seen it.
