Bulletin 99-00-89-019S Doc ID #5512156 has been updated as of 03-02-2020 with most current parts retention info.
Parts retention is now 7 days from claim payment date.

In Global Connect go to Global Warranty Management , click on " Prepare and Submit Transactions ", click " View Transactions by Job Card ", enter " Job Card # " and click " Search ". " Submitted Date " will be the date the claim is paid IF " Actions " column (on far right ...

When you print out your return label (the one that has the parts list), under "Replacement Parts" the next to the last column will show if the part(s) is/are "Hazardous". Thats what I go by and it has seemed to work.

Look in the GM P&P Manual - 2016 1st Edition section 2.10.1 GM Tire Warranty Proration Schedule. It shows at 9900 miles the prorate would be 0%.
