As your tossing them into the dumpster break them in half. Would not want to miss a sale because I gave them to the bodyshop or some other way they re-enter the stream of commerce.
Sorry not trying to sound like big brother. Just my opinion.

Re: SRTA Ordered in error
If you do have to pay to return it than the 35% restock is the better bet than using your return reserve. ex. To do a cso return and pay %35 - part has cost of $2000, It would cost $700 giving you a $1300 difference. Or you could use return reserve but the problem with that is $2000 of reserve ...

SRTA Ordered in error
I'm agonizing as to the best way to loose the least amount of money. Our guy ordered the incorrect part number for a SRTA trans. Now I would like to return it and loose the least amount of money. Re: VIN Labels
Last time I dealt with this was in 1987. A Chevette came thru with a incorrect vin tag. Since GM knows to pre ship these as per what vin number vehicle it's for, would it make sense to include that info somewhere on the order?

Re: 49.95 and 59.95 LOF/ROTATE/MPVI

Re: GM PARTS LOYALTY & CORES
We have Automate. Our bodyshop core process when billing. Use the GM part number followed by the "C" when the core gets returned I remove the core from the repair order. If the part does not get returned I would rather have it charged out and collect the money than worry about getting "dinged"

Re: wpc paperwork
One time part of our WPC paperwork was "lost" all I have to do was reprint and fax it to them.
