Unfortunately, we use almost 1 can of brake clean on every oil change on an Acadia or Enclave.

Does anyone know with a definative answer how much DEF fluid GM pays for when performing the 2 year 24,000 mile service? Or is it the responsibility of the customer to pay and have the tank refilled. Been serching in the P&P manual and can find any mention.

Looks like everyone is avoiding the question. If I don't receive enough money from the factory to cover the sale of my lof and rotations how am I suppose to account for the difference. This is a factory based lof and rotation for 2 years.

just asking with a first service, vehicle has 6000 miles your cost of parts and labor exceeds the reinbursement from the factory.
Where do you expense the difference?

Yes I completley agree with your position, we should always promote our benifits rather than the CHEAP STUFF. The question I asked in another post was, how do you expense the factory lofs

Good morning all,

With the cost of oil and filter and labor exceeding the $35.00 paid to us how is everyone keeping their effective warranty rate on the plus side?
Right now I am selling my parts and labor at near cost as to not to have to write off any difference on the schedule.
