Anyone else having issues getting this to come up so you can run the monthly obsolescence list to approve? Keep getting an error message when I try.

How about the cabin filters in the 28 packs?

I just did a cross reference on Champ labs site, which I was told some years ago was who made AC Delco filters, and the PF64 shows a 2.96" O.D. with a M22X1.5 I.D. I had to cross the PF66 to a Wix filter # WL10351, which shows a 2.96" O.D. with a 1"-16 thread

With the new Express Direct system, is/can the Loop One website still be used? I have a dealer with a part, and have done the Express Direct thing several times, but it doesn't show on their end. I've checked Loop One, but it's never there, either.

If it doesn't show on their end, they need to ...

We had some issues several years ago where we had been putting the vin and the key code both on the order. They let us know to just use the key code and have not had
any issues since.

You need to make sure to internet explorer and not chrome otherwise you will get that blank screen ................. cause you know we still running windows 95 on the world of GM

I got that blank screen on Microsoft Edge too, so had to backtrack and find out what to do, such as going back to ...

You have to pull the label off of OE Connection yourself, there's a whole 37 page instruction manual you can print off of Global Connect explaining the process. You can
