I will try to upload what I use tomorrow for you as I have it at my work computer. It is from a class I went to in Orlando. Forget who the speaker was but I have seen His discs on this site for sale I think.
Great stuff! When I started doing this out of the blue after the training He held, I blew ...

Re: Menu Pricing
Well, We just got ours. Ended up using InlandGraphics. What a great company. We got 200 for $238 dollars, and that was a one time price, as we had to do the multiple stages of proofs and all.

Re: Funny For The Day
Sometimes, and I know it is bad forum, but I let the SAs around the end of the month write word for word on the "Customer Complaint" line to lessen the stress and create some good fun in a stressful time.

"Customer states on yesterday, car would not ...

Re: Moving dealership, inventory before or after move
I would simply pull your numbers now, and get your vareiance with the office, then have an outside company come in afterward to make it right.
New Building, new start. Good luck!

Menu Pricing
Anyone out there have any good companies they use to get Service Pricing Pamphlets made? We used to use Valvoline because it was free if we used their oil, but we switched over to Nissan Program oil about 6 months ago and we need some new menus.
Thanks!
Thanks!

Re: Starting to move forward
Good. This stuff happens here in GA too, and it kills. State Farm I have to agree is the absolute worst when it comes to this. Customers will come to use and complain about refusal of OE parts, Parts not being sent, all because these companies are saying no to cut costs while charging the customer ...

Re: Any Nissan Dealers that tried Partseye?
Never thought I would see Chuck here! lol
Good to hear about the Sheet metal, as I also simply do not have the room, nor want, nor demand for it in our area also. We have about 130K, a lot of obso from the dealer we bought out and 5 techs, 2 counter guys in parts, 2 service SAs. Time management and ...

Re: Any Nissan Dealers that tried Partseye?
Ya, about 8 years ago I had to deal with GM and RIM. I can say a few choice words about it.

I am just wondering how ...
