GM dealers, check your PASE sales loyalty numbers. Lost 4 points overnight.
Looking at unrecognized GM is banging me for oil, oil filters, antifreeze,
sheet metal, belts, gaskets, etc. E-mailed my rep, have yet to hear back.

We used an outside company where I used to work, still needed 2 or 3 parts people to
answer questions during the count process. Then we had to go back and check their
discrepancies and fix those. So, we end up paying overtime on top of the overpriced bill
they gave us. Then they had the balls to say ...

Yes. I was wondering if Cincinnati was the only PDC with the problem.

To the GM parts managers, how often do your DRO's get held a day at your PDC?
Once a week, month? Where are you located? It seems to happen here at least
twice a month, and we are getting duplicate order the next day on some pieces
since RIM sees zero on hand. Besides extra stock on hand, we are ...

We got our new Gymkana 994 a week ago. A little time consuming
getting calibrated, but it works great. No changing jaws for edge cut, it will cut both sides
without flipping the key. It is saving us time.

Small town GM dealer looking for new key machine. Old machine is PC+ edge cut that is just about
worn out. Need to upgrade to cut GM laser and edge cut keys. Can anyone give recommendations?
What you have? What works and easy to use that's affordable.

We had a customer purchase 13529665 transmitter in the shop and
we programmed to the vehicle. She wasn't happy so we had to refund
the job. Has anyone had any luck reprogramming one of these? It is on a
2020 Equinox. My techs say once it is programmed it cannot be deprogrammed or
reprogrammed ...
