What is the deal with the part # changes on wipers. Gm seems to be phasing out the Advantage line of wipers. But the catalog and Autosoft are not working together. Makes finding blades for my guys a huge pain in the rear. Anyone have a simple cross reference that would help out.

Got credit issued today from GM an was told to scrap the parts. When I sent in pictures. The person responded. " Oh yeah I remember seeing those boxes" good grief!

Yesterday when I got my morning delivery. There were 2 boxes that came from my PDC. I had sent these 2 parts back as part of my RIM return for November. Had this situation happen a few months ago. Local tow lot gained possession of a 2018 Camaro. The car had been stolen and radio was missing. Called Technicar, gave them the VIN and told them what the deal was. They sent a new one no issues

Got dinged by Gm for purchasing 4 transmissions from another dealer last week. Had to do it when I cant get it from GM for 3-4 days but a dealer 30 min away has what I need. What it the easiest and fastest way to bring the number back up. I need 10%.

I never got a letter. However I had an RO come through today for the recall and Denver PDC had like 200 of the in stock. So I ordered it. We will see what happens.

Just hired a new guy today. When I was hired I was basically left to fend for myself. Lots of mistakes were made. I do not want this person to have to do that. Is there some training from Autosoft I can show him.
