I'm curious as well. We've been having a horrible time with Smart Auto Care and I am getting tired of dealing with them.

Going to tell my staff to stop providing part numbers on the quotes and see how it goes.

Does anyone have an excel spreadsheet for month end reconciliation that they wouldn't mind sending me? I'm on CDK if that matters? Having to key everything manually now and it's a pita.
