Westover makes a great point.
Whatever rate you use, start by quoting the OE schedule, then offer other optional services which you believe would be beneficial.
Today, many dealers start by quoting service packages that are 2 or 3 or even 4 times the OE schedule with tons of added on services which they imply are required. It's pretty easy to beat that type of misleading marketing.
