Some of this might depend on the make of vehicle you service, but one of my favorite ideas are salespeople in local malls and stores - especially clothing stores because they are accustomed to personal selling (and hopefully know how to look presentable).
I also like customer service reps. Whether this is the service counter at Target or a phone based support center. These people are used to taking abuse everyday, so they shouldn't faint under pressure. Most of these people are making $20K or less in some places. They might jump at the chance to make a living selling service.
Those are my two ideas.
