Just got our warranty "E" and "B" Claims resticted. Seems are Training wasn't up to 84%. We went from 90% in Dec of 2006 to 57% in March 2007. How could this be?
Anyway, we now need to hit 90% by June's end to have these authoriztion put back in place.
My ASM has emailed us our dealer's group training levels, some other dealers are at 130%........How do they do this?
We now know a few things like. 1 tech has to complete all courses in the course area, Cross creits, assessment tests, and service manager certificates for hands on.
Some of my trouble is,trying to get the techs to do the training. Do some of you pay extra?
But how in the world do you get over 100% ?
