Seminars are good, but when they are back in the water, they all revert to where they were before they went. I like to send them to a 1 week training experience where they are required to practice what they are taught. walk arounds, appt handling techniques, phone work, etc, they are video taped infront of peers, and critiqued, not once but 3 times each.
